The Care Connection program offers assistance to those elders in our community who are finding it difficult to cope with the demands
of every day life.

Through Care Connection, adult volunteers with specific talents
(carpentry, home maintenance & home repair skills,, etc.)
are paired with elders
who are in need of their services.

Care Connection is able to provide monthly deliveries of non-perishable food items, supplemental nutritional and independence items, and help with minor home repairs, upkeep and maintenance.

While it is important to offer comfort and aide, the larger objective is to allow those elders who choose to stay in their homes the opportunity to do so as comfortably as possible.

The Care Connection Program is perfect for those who have limited time available but who would like to help out. Your services are needed, whether they be on a yearly, monthly or daily basis.
